Covid Store Practice
- As of March 2022, the Minneapolis Mask Mandate has been lifted.
- Beadhive highly encourages masks to be worn in the store, but they are not required. However, they are required for any class attendance.
- We continue to offer pickup and same day mailing of any kit or bead supplies desired. Order from the website or give us a buzz with inquires for any additional orders.

Beadhive Return Policy:
In store:
There are no refunds or returns, but we will exchange most items within 30 days of purchase, when accompanied with a receipt. Merchandise must be unopened, uncut, and in it's original condition.
Online Purchases:
Exchanges can be done in-store, or via mail. Customer must mail back the item/s with the receipt and contact info, including phone number. Please provide a brief explanation for the exchange and your correct desired item/s. Beadhive does not reimburse the shipping cost of an exchange. Exchange policy, including shipping fees, may be adjusted should your order be damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Contact Beadhive promptly to correct your order. Exchanged shipments will be sent out same day upon Beadhive receiving the original package.
The following materials are not exchangeable:
Clearance Items. Gift cards. Chain. Stringing material on a spool, including Soft Flex and Fireline and Chinese Knotting Cord. Cut bead strands. Seed beads in tubes or baggies. Beadhive handmade earrings. Pewter Bulk baggies. Beadhive Kits. Tools.
*Anything from the Gemstone Trunk show is not able to be exchanged or returned.*

Shipping Policies
- Beadhive ships USPS, throughout the continental US only at this time.
- Beadhive works diligently to ship all orders within the same or next business day.
- Beadhive is not responsible for any delays should USPS incur difficulties, or for weather related issues.
- Beadhive does not currently honor tax exempt, UMBS, birthday discounts, gift cards, or honey money status through website orders at this time.
Class Policies:
- "Beadhive Favorites" and "Step Up" Classes: Students receive 10% off their entire purchase day of class!
- Tools are available to use for free for any class. Tools are also available for purchase.
- Please show up at least 20 minutes before your class time to pick out your supplies. Scheduled class time does not allow for the time to select your beads.
- You must register for classes in order to attend! Register in store, call 612-823-1112, or purchase your class online.
- Class cancellations made 72 hours previous to the day class is scheduled will receive your choice of a full refund, class credit, or store credit. (Example: If a class is on Thursday, you would have to cancel by Monday.) Cancellations made after 72 hours will receive a class credit only; however, cancellations made the day of the class will not receive a credit or refund. If you want to send someone in your place, please call the store. If you are a no show for your class, you will not receive a refund or an additional class date.
- Honey Money does not accrue for class registration fees. Honey Money cannot be used to pay for a class or discounted class supplies.
- Coupons cannot be used to pay for class supplies or class fees. Offers cannot be combined.
