In store:
There are no refunds or returns, but we will exchange most items within 30 days of purchase, when accompanied with a receipt. Merchandise must be unopened, uncut, and in it's original condition.
The following materials are not exchangeable:
Clearance Items. Gift cards. Chain. Stringing material on a spool, including Soft Flex and Fireline and Chinese Knotting Cord. Cut bead strands. Seed beads in tubes or baggies. Beadhive handmade earrings. Pewter Bulk baggies. Beadhive Kits. Tools.
Online Purchases:
Online purchases are not exchangeable. However, exchange policy, including shipping fees, may be adjusted should your order be damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Contact Beadhive promptly to correct your order.

Shipping Policies
- Beadhive ships USPS, throughout the continental US only at this time.
- Beadhive works diligently to ship all orders within the same or next business day.
- Beadhive is not responsible for any delays should USPS incur difficulties, or for weather related issues.
- Beadhive does not currently honor tax exempt, UMBS, birthday discounts, gift cards, or honey money status through website orders at this time.
Class Cancelation Policy: Please call Beadhive if you need to cancel your class. Policies listed below apply to all, regardless of illness, weather, or other.
- Student no-shows or canceling the day of class will not receive a refund or class credit. Give us a buzz if you would like to send someone else in your place.
- Class cancelations made 24 hours before day of class will receive a class credit only.
- Class cancelations made 48 hours before the day of class will receive a refund, minus $1 processing fee if paid by card. If paid in cash, stop into the shop to receive a refund. If paid over phone or via website, call the shop to receive a refund on the original card charged. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to process.
- In the rare occurrence Beadhive has to cancel your class, you will receive the option of a full refund, class credit, and/or a reschedule of the class.
